LockPic: Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hidden Photo Vault: LockPic (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Privacy Policy

Your private photos and videos are encrypted and stored locally on your device.

If you use our Cloud sync, your data is securely encrypted and only accessible with your unique password.

We are not responsible for any loss of data due to forgotten passwords, device failures, or unauthorized access.

6. Subscription & Payment

Some features of the App may require a premium subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are subject to App Store policies.

7. App Disguise Feature

The App offers a disguise mode (e.g., Conversion, Calculator or Notes app appearance) for additional privacy. However, it is your responsibility to use this feature lawfully and ethically.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App’s security.
• Violate intellectual property rights of others.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide the App “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, data loss, or unauthorized access to your files.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
